4 ways to maintain a healthy brain

  • Change familiar routes when going to work and back home. Remember them
  • Do everyday routine activities differently, for example, brush your teeth with your left hand (if you are used to doing it with the right hand)
  • Try eating soup by holding a spoon in your left hand, not right, or keep a fork in the right hand and the knife in the left one
  • Do not let your brain do nothing. You should choose good books for reading, the ones that make you think
