How sleep is important for learning

Did you know your brain keeps working even after you fall asleep?
While we sleep, the brain organises and strengthens many of the things we’ve learned during the day. A good night’s sleep also improves concentration, memory and problem-solving. Without enough rest, it becomes harder to focus and remember new information. Sleep is just as important for learning as studying or practising.
A well-rested brain is better prepared for tomorrow’s challenges.
