Enrolment Terms and Conditions
Thank you very much for your interest in STEMLOOK term classes and holiday camps. We hope your child will have a great time! Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with our rules and conditions set out below. Thank you!
By enrolling your child to our class/camp, you accept the following Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
We provide our own laptops and/or tablets for classes on our premises. Should you wish to use your own laptop/tablet (no Mac devices or Chromebooks) for a class, please feel free to bring it with you. You must use your own laptops and tablets (no Mac devices or Chromebooks) for online classes. If you are using your own laptop/device, you must also have Windows 10 installed on it (for face to face or online classes). So, please check that your laptop/device has Windows 10.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Any access to our Learning Management System as part of your enrolment is provided for a limited time only.
Face to face holiday camps are generally run every day from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm with drop off from 8:30 am and pick up until 4 pm. Online Camps have other times as specified in the enrolment.
Please ensure that you sign in and sign out your child every day of the camp and pick up your child on time.
We reserve the right to charge a late pick up fee of $20 plus $10 for every 5 minutes after 4pm (or class end time) payable on pickup.
The duration of our term classes/workshops/online webinars is 1 hour (unless other specified in your enrolment).
Please ensure that you sign in and sign out your child every time for each class and pick up your child on time.
We reserve the right to charge a late pick up fee of $20 plus $10 for every 5 minutes after class end time payable on pickup.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We are required to provide an environment which is safe, without risk to health, and which complies with all statutory requirements and applicable codes of practice.
You and your child must comply with our reasonable directions in relation to work, health and safety (e.g. undertaking temperature testing of staff and members of the public accessing our premises). If you are unwell please stay at home.
Please ensure your child has a snack and a bottle with water (and lunch for CAMPS only).
Bring a sunscreen and a hat for outdoor play (CAMPS only).
In case your child has a medical condition, please, ensure you have informed us of any special requirement. Information about allergies, medical conditions such as asthma and diabetes and other health care related issues should be provided to us. Food allergies are the most common trigger for anaphylaxis. If your child’s medical condition is of a SEVERE or moderate nature PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A PHOTO and A COPY OF THEIR ASCIA ACTION PLAN to familiarise our staff with your child. The ability to recognise your child may prove critical in an emergency.
We will take reasonable care for your child on our premises, however we are not responsible for personal property that is brought to our premises.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during online class and organising appropriate safety environment including PPE (personal protective equipment).
PERMISSION TO WALK
Parent/guardian has to sign a “Permission to Walk” form. Your child will stay in the classroom under our supervision if permission is not signed.
If you know your child is going to be absent for any reason, please call our office, send a text message or email us with student's name, camp, location, contact number, date/dates of absence.

Please, talk to your kids and explain we expect them to respect our teachers and other students. Bullying is not allowed in any form and we hold the right to cancel the rest of the session with no refund due to bullying and inappropriate and not respectful behavior.
PHOTOS and VIDEOS
We may take pictures and record videos during the lessons. We may use them for promotional purposes, on our web site and social networks, our news and blog publications.
If you do not want to give us a permission to use any of the materials with your child, please, inform us in a written form.
- Enrolments will not be accepted without payment
- We are not able to guarantee availability of place for your child without payment,
- If you are not able to pay on time but wish to be enrolled into the program, please, contact us email@example.com to discuss available options
You are eligible for full refund for the tuition fee (price of the class less price of the robotics kit) without penalties or fees for the reasons only:
- When cancelling enrolment 15+ working days before the start of the first day of the camp/class; or
- Inability to attend 50% of remaining classes due to a medical condition (medical certificate required)
Due to the nature of business, we do not issue any refunds in case of absence for classes or change of mind.
BROKEN or MISSING PARTS
If your new robotics kit is missing parts or has faulty parts, we replace these parts free of charge up to 2 months from the date of purchase.
If your product(s) are damaged during transportation, we will be responsible for such damage. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if this occurs.
We only give refunds for unopened robotic kits within 7 days after purchase.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
We reserve the right to cancel the classes at any time. Should this occurs, we will provide adequate notice and provide a full refund.
UPDATES TO ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update and change the Enrolment Terms and Conditions. The changes become effective immediately after publishing them on our website.
Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
We do not offer any refund for gift cards under any circumstances.
