A data analyst is a specialist who has knowledge in the sphere of math, computer science, business and economics. He does descriptive analysis and interpretation of data.
This job involves analyzing different data (usually digital), on the basis of which some conclusions can be made. Analysts work in scientific and research organizations, banks, in the sphere of medicine, insurance as well as economics. Analysts must be able to gather different digital data, analyze it and then be able to interpret it.
How will it change in the future? Intellectual systems even nowadays can do analytical work in various spheres, especially standard and routine operations. Sooner or later analytical services will be replaced by those based on AI. The volume of data and its difficulty is increasing, so, analysts will need to be able to process it quickly and to a very high standard.
