Why is sleep so important?

Sleep is very important, especially for kids. Sleep gives the body, namely the central nervous system, complete rest. It is an important defense mechanism of the body against overwork and nervous tension.

Therefore, it is better for kids to go to bed no later than half past ten in the evening. If a kid has a possibility to sleep at home after school for 30-40 minutes, let them do it. They will feel a significant surge of energy and will be able to do their homework more quickly.

If it is not possible to sleep during the day, then an active walk in the fresh air will do good. Jogging, outdoor games or playing sports after school will help restore energy.
