Confidence and determination
It might seem that confidence is an inborn quality, either you have it or not. In fact, you can easily develop it. It is more important for you than for employers, as without it you will not be able to make a career.
Agreeing with everybody and following the instructions of others is important, but not for you! If you want to achieve something, you need to be confident.
There is a great difference between confidence and arrogance, so avoid showing how cool you are right at the interview. Learn gradually.
