Writing skills
You may wonder why learn to write if your job is not connected with writing. About a third of employers do not interview candidates and even do not consider their resumes if there are mistakes there. They will not consider you even if you have excellent hard and soft skills necessary for the company. Not being able to write well can prevent you from getting a good job.
An engineer may work with mechanisms for a long time. The job of a manager, however, includes managing. It means they have to be able to write letters, memorandums, tasks, reports, etc. So the skill of writing well is indispensable nowadays.
