Can children make decisions without their parents’ help?

Children can make decisions that are at least as good as those that adults could make for them. When faced with a problem, a child often comes up with a solution that never even crossed their parents’ minds.

Research has proved the power and potential of adolescence.

It has been found that adolescents are capable of making responsible decisions. By the time children are fourteen or fifteen, they are usually able to make rational decisions at the adult level. In fact, most cognitive processes reach adult levels by mid-adolescence.
