Changing the attitude to the victory

If you feel that in any activity the child is focused only on the result – victory, some kind of prize, evaluation – try to change the attitude. Teach your child to enjoy the activity itself no matter what the possible outcome will be. Use games with unpredictable outcomes, where the result depends on chance, and any participant can win. In this way, it will be easier for them to learn to enjoy what they are doing.

Tell your kid that victory is only a consequence of preparation, and in some cases a matter of luck. So, constant work on improving themselves and their skills is the only way to achieve high results.
