Here are a few ways that can help children restore energy during periods of intense study:
Digital detox. A favorite way for students to relax after class is to lie down on the bed with a phone or tablet. In fact, this does not contribute to reducing fatigue after school – browsing social networks and endless consumption of information takes even more energy.
Physical activity. It often seems that sport will only take more energy. In fact, physical activity helps a lot after a hard day at school. It is useful to do a set of exercises to relieve stress for schoolchildren. This does not mean that you need to exhaust the child with an hour and a half workout. Try easy exercises that are designed to relieve tension from the eyes, neck and spine – and the student will already feel the result.
