Regardless of your profession, you will need at least several soft skills. To be successful at work, you need to get on with colleagues, clients, managers and bosses. You can’t learn soft skills, you get them in childhood and develop them throughout your whole life. So employers value people who have very well-developed soft skills. Soft skills are useful in many spheres and are connected with emotional intelligence. Scientists from Harvard and Stanford Universities have found out that soft skills are 85% of a persons’ success, hard skills make up only 15%.
